Photo challenge

Across the state of Brandenburg, Natalie Noack received the most votes for her photo. The trainee professional in public transport operations at Regionale Verkehrsgesellschaft Dahme-Spreewald mbH and trainer Christopher Roll are thrilled about the top placing:

„Participation had been planned for a while, we just needed the right photo to be taken. For that, we took a short bus ride together. After countless attempts, we finally got the picture that we were both completely happy with. It shows how much Natalie loves her job and with how much joy she carries it out,“ says Christopher Roll.

The proud winner, Natalie Noack, explains: „Since the beginning of my apprenticeship, I was eagerly looking forward to getting my bus licence. Since I've been allowed to drive, not a day has gone by when I haven't looked forward to my shift. It's a great feeling to be out on the road as a young woman driving this large vehicle. The whole training is just fun because it's so varied. Therefore, I can only recommend the apprenticeship and my training company.“

Tiana Schmidt, a structural drafter at Landherr-Architekten und Ingenieure GmbH in Hoppegarten, took second place across the state of Brandenburg, and third place went to Shania Sesy, an office management assistant at TCFS in Potsdam.

Participation in the photo competition implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions as binding:

1. Organiser: The IHK photo competition „Ausbildung.Leidenschaft.Ich“ is organised by the Working Group of Chambers of Industry and Commerce in Brandenburg.

2 Participants: All trainees completing an IHK training occupation in Brandenburg are eligible to participate. Participants who are not yet 16 years old at the time of the submission deadline require the consent of their legal guardian, which must be sent via the completed form to kontakt@meib-brandenburg.de. In the event of a violation of the conditions of participation, the organiser reserves the right to exclude individuals from the photo competition.

3 Implementation and administration: One image per trainee can be uploaded to the competition homepage for participation in the competition. Only images that meet the quality specifications and for which all required clearances are available will take part in the competition. Confirmation of acceptance of the terms and conditions of entry is mandatory in order to take part in the photo competition. Only one trainee per company can win a prize. The training company must be aware of the participation and permit it.

4 Image quality: The image file should be high-resolution. We recommend a file size between 1 and 5 MB, which corresponds to a resolution of approximately 3600 x 2400 pixels or higher. Permitted formats are gif, jpg, jpeg, png.

5 Pictures and Motifs: Only motifs that relate to the training occupation/training company are permitted. The participant should be depicted in the photo. Occupational health and safety must be strictly observed when taking the pictures. Pictures that violate occupational health and safety regulations may be excluded from the competition.

6 Copyright and Personal Rights: The participant warrants that they own the copyright to the submitted image and hold the unrestricted exploitation rights to all parts of the image, that the image is free from third-party rights, that no personal rights are infringed in the depiction of persons, and that a declaration of consent for publication is available. For depicted minors, consent must be provided by their legal guardians (via email to kontakt@meib-brandenburg.de). Should third parties nevertheless assert claims due to the infringement of their rights, the participants shall indemnify the organiser against all such claims. The person who submitted the image is solely responsible for the content (images, captions, etc.).

7 Rights of use / Grant of rights: Each participant grants the organiser the rights of use to the submitted images, free of charge and without any spatial, temporal or content-related restrictions. The source will be named upon publication.

8 Data protection: The pictures uploaded as part of the photo competition will be used in IHK publications, flyers, social media, on our websites (https://www.ihk.de/potsdam/, https://www.ihk.de/ostbrandenburg/, https://www.ihk.de/cottbus/ and www.mach-es-in-brandenburg.de) as well as at trade fairs and career orientation events. The source will always be stated in the process. This may be the photographer and/or the company name and/or the username. The participant expressly agrees to this.

9 Prizes: Participation in the photo competition is possible in three categories: West Brandenburg (IHK Potsdam), East Brandenburg (IHK Frankfurt/Oder) and South Brandenburg (IHK Cottbus). In each category, the top 8 places will be awarded "Wunschgutschein" vouchers in the following amounts: 1st place - €150; 2nd place - €100; 3rd place - €50; 4th to 8th place - €40.

10 Winner determination and notification: The winners will be selected: as a result of a direct vote conducted via the website www.mach-es-in-brandenburg.de and by an independent jury. The winner will be notified of their prize by the training company and the prize will be delivered by post or in person within 14 days.

11. Objection: Consent to the publication of the images is voluntary. Participants may refuse it without giving reasons and without fearing any disadvantages. This consent may be revoked at any time in text form by notification to (kontakt@meib-brandenburg.de). The photograph will then be removed immediately from the internet offering of the Brandenburg Chambers of Industry and Commerce and will no longer be used for new printed materials. Already printed products remain unaffected by this.

12 Severability clause: Should individual provisions be invalid, this shall not affect the conditions of entry as a whole. The organiser reserves the right to terminate or amend the competition and these conditions of entry without notice in the event of a disaster, war, civil or military unrest, force majeure, or an actual or anticipated breach of applicable laws or regulations. The project promoter also reserves Shandong the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise that are beyond its control. Any changes to the competition will be communicated to the participants by the organiser as quickly as possible.
